Aisha Shelton Adam

Aisha Shelton Adam is an associate in the Firm's Litigation Department.  Aisha's practice focuses on complex business and intellectual property litigation disputes. Aisha has represented clients in federal and state court in cases involving copyright and trademark issues, unfair business practices and trade secrets matters.
 
Prior to joining Silver & Freedman, Aisha handled private and public construction disputes and business litigation matters for business owners located throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties. She has successfully settled cases involving complicated coverage issues and has participated in over 75 mediations.
 
During law school, Aisha was an editor for the University of Iowa's Journal of Gender, Race & Justice and a member of the Moot Court Board.  In addition to these endeavors, she was a research fellow for both the Iowa Non-profit Center and the University of Iowa Labor Center, served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association and was a founding member of the Iowa Student Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.
