Jack Frydrych has advised, counseled, and negotiated on behalf of businesses and individuals for over 30 years.
His practice encompasses business planning, commercial law, technology licensing, employment matters, trade secrets, and related litigation. Jack's practice emphasizes the representation of manufacturers, retailers and distributors with concentration in the medical device and automotive parts industries. Many of Jack's clients are international in scope; however, his clients range from individuals and entrepreneurs to multinational corporations. Jack has lectured extensively on buy-sell agreements, estate and tax planning and related subjects.
Jack received his B.A. degree in Psychology from the California State University at Northridge in 1970. He received his J.D. degree from Washington University in 1973. In 1986, Mr. Frydrych received his L.L.M.(Masters of Law degree) in Taxation from the University of San Diego.
In 1973, Jack began practicing law at what became Turner, Smart & Frydrych, Inc. Jack along with J. Michael Webster, also of the former firm, founded Frydrych & Webster, Inc. in 1978.
Long involved in philanthropic activities, Jack is a former Board Member of the Jewish Federation Council of Greater Los Angeles and the Planning and Allocations Committee, and former Chair of the Planning and Allocations Committee, member of the Board and Executive Committee for the Jewish Federation Council Valley Alliance, and currently chairs the World Jewish Communities Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Israel Overseas Committee of the Jewish Federation Council.
When not busy with client concerns, Jack moonlights as a "would be" travel consultant, fielding questions ranging from optimal travel itineraries, flight information, hotel recommendations and the best overall aircraft seat pitches.
