William Holcomb represents clients in commercial, corporate, real estate, trusts and estates, partnership, contracts and business law, with particular emphasis on the tax aspects involved. Bill's practice includes the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of business enterprises, including partnerships.
Bill received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1970, and J.D. cum laude, in 1980 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in New York City. Bill was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1980. After several years of litigation practice in Beverly Hills, he received his LL.M. in the Graduate Tax Program (1984) from New York University. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
