Jeffrey Lee

Jeffrey represents our business clients in commercial, corporate, partnership and real estate transactions. His practice includes the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, the formation of business enterprises, licensing of intellectual property, and the representation of manufacturers and distributors with an emphasis in the textile, apparel and consumer electronics industries. Jeffrey regularly advises clients on business formation and organization including, partnership, shareholder, operating and buy-sell agreements. 

As a member of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group Jeffrey provides clients with a complete range of services that includes the entire spectrum of intellectual property litigation, copyrights, trademarks, patent licensing, trade secret protection as well as e-waste and vendor/distributor agreements. 

Jeffrey received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1967 and his J.D. from Loyola School of Law in 1970. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1971. Jeffrey is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has been a Professor at Glendale College of Law, where he taught corporations, evidence and criminal procedure and was an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he taught law office management. Jeffrey is also a licensed California real estate broker.
