Jack A. Frydrych
Of Counsel

Jack Frydrych is of counsel at Silver & Freedman and a member of the firm's Business & Tax Department. He has advised, counseled, and negotiated on behalf of businesses and individuals for nearly 40 years. His practice encompasses business planning, commercial law, technology licensing, employment matters, trade secrets, and related litigation. Jack's practice emphasizes the representation of manufacturers, retailers and distributors with concentration in the medical device industry.
Long involved in philanthropic activities, Jack is a former board member of the Jewish Federation Council of Greater Los Angeles, a member of the Israel and Overseas executive committee and Chair of its World Jewish Communities sub-committee. He is also currently a national board member and Vice-Chair of the Europe division of the American-Jewish Joint Distribution committee and a member of the Valley Executive committee of AIPAC.
Jack received his L.L.M. (Masters of Law degree) in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 1986. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 1973 and his B.A., in Psychology, from the California State University, Northridge in 1970.
Prior to joining Silver & Freedman, Jack practiced law what became Turner, Smart & Frydrych, Inc. In 1978, Jack along with J. Michael Webster, also of the former firm, founded Frydrych & Webster, Inc.
When not busy with client concerns, Jack moonlights as a "would be" travel consultant, fielding questions ranging from optimal travel itineraries, flight information, hotel recommendations and the best overall aircraft seat pitches.
