Rowena G. Santos

Rowena Santos is an associate at Silver & Freedman. She practices general business and commercial litigation, representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Rowena's practice also includes an emphasis in unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Rowena is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all California courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Rowena received her J.D. Southwestern University School of Law. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a double major in law & society and sociology.  

Prior to joining Silver & Freedman, Rowena was associated with Moldo Davidson Fraioli Seror & Sestanovich, practicing general business litigation and employment litigation and counseling. She represented clients in civil actions as well as administrative charges filed with the California Department of Fair Employment & Housing, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
