Corporate. We advise clients in their day-to-day operations including preparation of statements for consolidated returns. Tax Controversy. Our Tax Department represents clients in local, state and federal tax audits and litigation. We appear before the appellate divisions and before the appropriate courts of governmental agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board and State Board of Equalization.
