Litigation

If early settlement cannot be achieved, we turn to our lengthy experience in litigation to advocate on behalf of our clients and prepare, counsel and guide them through each step of the pre-trial and trial processes. That experience involves diverse civil and commercial trial practice representing clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative agencies. Several of these same attorneys regularly participate in the judicial process as judges pro tem at civil trials, as settlement officers and arbitration officers, and as appointed and volunteer judicial officers.
